How many beers are in each box?

Every box contains ten 330ml cans of beer. 

Can I choose how many beers to receive in a box?

Unfortunately at this stage we don't offer the possibility to receive more or less beers in a box than the standard ten cans. We do however make it easy for you to pause your subscription at any time. 

What else is included in the box? 

We're glad you asked! Our boxes contain more than just beer, but at this stage we'd rather not reveal anything else. We're fans of surprises!  😉

Can I choose what beers I receive?

For your first box, you can choose to receive as many beer varieties as you like from the four that we currently brew: Pale AI, Black, Amber and Gold. 

For all subsequent boxes, we will brew new recipes following your feedback of the previous beers you received, meaning every box will contain ten new, different beers that will have been brewed to suit your taste buds. 

What if I like a particular beer. Can I order it again?

Yes, of course! If you really like a beer you can tell us and we'll send it to you again in future boxes. 

Do I have to subscribe or can I order a one-off box of beers?

At this stage we only offer subscriptions and not one-off boxes. But please be aware that you can cancel your subscription at any time with no hassle by simply logging into your account on our website.

What is the cut-off date / time for delivery?

If you order by 10am on the 1st of each month, your order will be included in that same month’s shipment, with dispatch on the 2nd of that month. If you order after that cut-off time / date  your order will be shipped on the 2nd of the following month.

Can I choose the shipping date?

Unfortunately that’s not possible at the moment. The shipping date is set on the 2nd of every month with delivery being 2-3 working days later (including Saturdays) via DX.

What countries do you ship to?

Right now we only ship to the United Kingdom but we're planning to ship beyond that soon so stay tuned!

What delivery service do you use?

We send your beer box next day delivery with DX so it should reach your door within 2 working days (including Saturdays). Should you for any reason not receive your box within three working days of dispatch, please give us a shout at support@intelligentx.ai and we’ll look into this right away.

How much does delivery cost?

Good news - we don't charge extra for delivery to the UK mainland. 🙂

When can I expect to receive my first box?

As we are currently in pre-launch mode we don't yet have a precise date for when our very first box will ship, but we can tell you that it will be at some point in May.  All our subsequent boxes will ship on the 2nd of each month, or the following working day. 

Can I choose the frequency of delivery?

We're pleased to say that you can choose the frequency of delivery. If you're going on holiday or - uncharacteristically - need more time to drink the beer in your box (we doubt that ;), then you can easily pause your subscription or skip a delivery by logging into your account on our website. 

How often will I receive my subscription box?

You will receive a new box, with a brand new set of beers every month.We ship every box on the 2nd working day of a month and you should receive it 2-3 working days later.  

How do I change my delivery address?

You can easily change your delivery address by logging in to the My Account area and clicking the link ‘Billing Information’ . There you can edit your details. Please edit your address details at least 3 working days before your next order is scheduled to avoid your beers going to an incorrect address.

Do you offer next-day delivery?

At this stage we don't offer next-day delivery. We ship subscription boxes on the 2nd of each month, or the following working day.

Is it secure to buy my subscription on your website?

Absolutely! All payments are processed by Stripe, one of the world's biggest and safest payment gateways. They use state-of-the-art technology to make sure that your payments and card details remain encrypted and are not passed on to us.A 256-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificate on our website ensures your transaction occurs in a totally safe environment.

When will I get billed for my subscription?

We automatically bill your account on the 1st of every month. You can pause your subscription at any time.

What payment methods do you accept?

Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express debit and credit cards.

Do you offer refunds?

We regret that we are unable to offer any refunds for orders once payment has been taken. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time before the next payment is taken and in accordance with our terms and conditions.

How much does it cost to subscribe?

Our rolling monthly subscription costs £39.99 per month for 10 beers. This cost includes delivery.

How can I update my card details?

You can easily update your card details online by simply logging into your account. Just remember to click on "Update" after updating your card, or the changes won't be saved.
